This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation and refund of astrology consultations booked through our Site.
1. Cancellation Policy
a. Consultation Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule your astrology consultation appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can do so by contacting us at support@asttrodoq.com or through your account on the Site. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of your consultation fee.
b. Provider Cancellation: In the event that an astrology consultant must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule your consultation at a convenient time for you. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund of your consultation fee.
2. Refund Policy
a. Consultation Fees: All payments made for astrology consultations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly during the booking process. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
b. Service Dissatisfaction: We strive to provide high-quality astrology consultations tailored to your needs. If you are dissatisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us at support@asttrodoq.com within 24 hours of your consultation session, and we will review your concerns on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.
3. Exceptions
a. Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties or interruptions during your consultation session due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a refund or partial refund at our discretion.
b. Refund Processing: Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
